unit 1

My †opic was mind -body health. this is very inportant for everyone. if your mind and body arent healthy then you might be cranky all the time. you are always in a bad mood and mat about everything. there are diffrent types of mind-body health issues.

when you are anger you can damage every thing. you can be mad all the time. you can not do your homework, and one thing leads to another. you can loose conrol of your life. They tell you " treat someone like you want to be treated". if you are mean and anger at people then they ae gonna do the same. some techniques to control your anger is by conrolling your breathing. something like medating. you take deep breaths to conrol your anger

if your alwasy mad then you can be in stress. when you are stressed out you dont eat or sleep and or anything. you can also get a bunch of acne. to release stress you can go for a jog play some sports. it releases stress
